Clean room, comfortable facilities, equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, were part of my enjoyable experience, enhanced by the friendly staff who provided excellent service and the convenience of being just meters from the tram providing easy access to explore the city.

I was shocked to discover that the Wi-Fi was inoperative, which severely affected my work while I was here for business. the kitchenette lacked essential supplies like washing liquid and a sponge, making it cumbersome to maintain any cleanliness while utilizing the cooking facilities.

Staying here was great as it was just a few steps from the attractive Parc Peixotto, and I loved being a mere 100 meters from the tram that took me directly into the city center for my adventures. the friendly staff made my experience even better.

The Teneo in Talence offered a comfortable stay. The room featured air conditioning, essential for the warm weather I encountered. I appreciated the small kitchenette. having the ability to prepare breakfast helped save money and allowed flexibility. Though I loved the cozy environment, I faced challenges. The check-in process went smoothly, but noise from the nearby tram could be disturbing at times, especially in the early morning. the room cleanliness could have been improved. I noticed some cleaning policies that left rooms not serviced adequately during my stay. Though the staff was polite, they didn’t always seem equipped to handle specific requests, leading to confusion regarding kitchen cleaning supplies. A more consistent approach to housekeeping would enhance the overall experience. the convenient location next to public transport is a big plus.

the hotel was perfectly situated with just a 5 minute walk to the tram stop which gets you to the city center in 10 mins. the room was clean, quiet, and super comfy. also, the staff was really friendly and helpful when we checked in. nice that they let us in early since our room was ready. having a little kitchen area was handy for making breakfast!
